Van life in Greece isn't just beaches and islands (although we won't say no to that when the time comes!) The monasteries perched atop the magnificent rock pillars of Meteora are a sight to behold. Meteora is without doubt the most recommended thing for us to do in Northern Greece and is a stop we had to make on our journey East.
