Van Build 1.0

In May 2019, we bought a Mercedes Sprinter panel van. Over the next 6 months we converted her into our tiny home on wheels, complete with a full size bed, kitchen and seating area. We blogged and filmed our entire build series, both as a way to document our journey and to provide useful tips and inspiration for those looking to start their own van build. Van Build Series: Week 18 - Furnishings & Finishing Touches

Well, here we are, at the end of our van build! This week was really all about the final touches to the van. Gone are the days of the big insulation blogs, fitting the roof racks etc. Now we're trying to make sure she feels like home! This week we finally get our living area and bedroom finished, with a lovely new table. Our cushions for the sofa have finally arrived, although we make a massive balls-up with the measurements! While we were filming this, we decided it was about time we took her out for a test run, which is exactly what we did once the camera stopped rolling! Thank you to everyone who has watched this from the beginning, you guys are the best! This is just the start of an exciting journey, and we're so happy you want to come along.
